Your reservations will be confirmed after the reception of an exemplar of the signed General Conditions and the 2 signed contracts, as well as the first down payment (25% of the total).

At least 30 days before the foreseen arrival the sold has to be paid.

When the total costs are not paid at least 30 days before your foreseen arrival, the reservation will be considered to be annulled and treated likewise.  In fore mentioned case and in case of active annulment at least 30 days before the foreseen arrival, the down payment shall be cashed in, as annulment cost.

In case of an annulment less than 30 days before the foreseen arrival, the total of your payment shall be cashed in, as annulment cost.

In case of an annulment by “Les Aulnettes”, provided there is no case of “Force Majeur” the total of your payments will be refunded.

You have to inform Les Aulnettes, without any delay in case of a delayed arrival. Without notification the accommodation will be held at your disposal till 48 hours after your foreseen arrival. When this period is expired, your reservations will be considered and handled as a cancellation.

In case of a late arrival or earlier departure; no claim can be laid to refunds.

At arrival a deposit of € 250,00 is to be paid. The costs of damages at the properties of Les Aulnettes will be settled with the deposit. When the above mentioned costs are higher than de deposit, liability will follow.

Supposing that notwithstanding the control of Les Aulnettes, you find the accommodations not in good order/correct, you are to inform Les Aulnettes within 24 hours, to avoid liability.

“Les Aulnettes” is not responsible for thefts or loss at the park.

At Les Aulnettes are domestic regulations in force which are apparent in the “Accueil/Foyer”.

Within the in closure of the swimming pool, children are only allowed under the surveillance of a parent or guardian.

In July and August no domestic animals are allowed, outside these months only with written permission of Les Aulnettes.

Disrespecting the General Regulations or the Internal Regulations may provoke dissolution of the rental agreement. In that case you forfeit any right to repayment and/or indemnification.

The above-mentioned General Conditions are only a translation of the French Conditions Générals, under acceptation of which the present rent contract is concluded.

When one or more conditions are declared invalid or if there will be a question of a legal vacuum the other conditions will stay in force.

Concerning Les Aulnettes and her performance, France law is applicative.

Despite the good care of Les Aulnettes, it is still possible that you are not satisfied about the accommodations or otherwise. In that case we like to ask you to take the effort to tell us so, in order to realise possible improvements.
