The kitchen bath and bed linen (no pool or beach towels !) in the houses. After a stay of more than 7 nights the set (depending on the amount of persons) can be changed free of charge.

After your stay the cleaning of the accommodation (when used regularly) is free of charge. Only in case of excessive filthiness, the extra cleaning cost will be deducted of the deposit.

The usual/normal use of electricity and water is free. If excessive consumtion is at hand, the extra cost will be deducted from the deposit.**

In the high season, by law, we are obliged to tax you a “tax de sejour”. This tax is concluded in the rent.

Free access of the swimming pool during the opening hours.

**For the heating we have at your disposal, electrical radiators (2 euros a day) and/or petrol heaters (the petrol can be obtained for 10 euros per charge (about 5 litres).

The washing machine is at your disposal (5,00 euros/turn) as well as a tumble dryer (2,50 euros/turn).

*For rental periods of less than a fortnight in July and August, we are obliged to charge an additional 75 euros.
